It doesn't look like much is happening but....

While it looks quiet on the outside, except for the gophers, rabbits and deer at play, there is forward motion at the Sharland house.

The basement is insulated and framed, ready for mechanical (hot water tank, etc). On the main floor, new doorways to closet and powder room have been framed, while the perimeter wall has been furred out to accept more insulation. Upstairs, the two ensuite bedrooms are framed and waiting for their power. It should be a busy September.
